What's With All the Anger?

It is claimed that the highest form of intelligence isn't IQ, logic or memory but what is called Metacognition: the ability to think about your own thinking. Not reacting blindly or running on autopilot. It means noticing your thoughts, questioning your reactions, interrupting emotional reflexes and updating beliefs instead of defending them. This sounds very much like what the Apostle James wrote, 2000 years ago, in answering the question, "What causes fights and quarrels among you?" James 4:1
